New Arctic fox

Just got in last night with my new 35 5z Fox from Idaho. Drove almost 5000 miles round trip. Pulled great. Now having problem with it. To dog gone big for drive way.

Great unit so far. Little problems will come up, like AC unit not working properly. But things like that easily can be fixed.

Have to get used to size. Had a 30 ft and replacing with 38ft big change.

They wanted 2 dollars a mile to pull it here. Saved 2800 dollars.
Cost me roughly 1,500 in fuel.

Utah is breathtaking. All good day. God is good

We had a major accident with our AF several years ago and after checking around OR and ID ended up having Nelsons do the repair. They actually loaned us, for free, an older trailer to live in for the month it took them to order the parts and do the repair. I cannot speak highly enough of the dealer. They are one of the few outstanding, honest dealers around.
  • We are happy for you and your family. We got ours in 2016 and love it. We only had a few little problems and they were addressed fast. Okay, enjoy you guys will love it.
  • We special ordered ours in 2013 during a AF27-5L build at the factory so we could get it equipped with desired options for our travel needs. We also went through Nelson's in Boise, ID.
A good buying experience with a local dealer!
  • NO. I bought it at Nelsons Rv in Boise.

Sorry, i have no idea on how to put photos on internet.

I would have to see if one of my kids would help.

    Thanks everyone.

Next time i go out will be more then 9 days.:)

They let you pick it up at the factory?
Hmm, my saleman said they don't do that...

Their factory is in Oregon, La Grande to be specific. There are a number of dealers nearby so I suspect since he mentioned Idaho it was from a dealer near Boise, not the factory.

  • Congrats on the new Fox! Going to pick it up, makes it more exciting, as well as the monetary savings. Posting a pic, would make it more exciting for us.:)
