Heartland has been a great company for us. I am sorry to hear you are having issues. We had a "lemon" with the Winnie Raven we bought and owned for just over a year. Bought it brand new, one issue after another. We sold it for our Big Country. I hate to hear of bashing Heartland, owned by Thor not Keystone. Check out the Heartland forum mentioned earlier, which I am surprised you weren't aware of when you bought the BH. Seek some answers and help there. Get your dealer involved to help you.
