out of state toyhauler purchase

Hey all, I am having a heck of a time buying a new toyhauler in Oregon. My tax home is in AZ. One would think the dealer would know how to make it happen. I do not want to relinquish my AZ residency to save a few bucks on taxes (buying in Oregon, no state tax). I will put out a call to my CPA in Az in the am and see what he says. What state is it titled in, registration, taxes, etc...It's a PIA to say least. Any input?

I live in North Carolina, earlier this year I purchased a TH in Ohio from a dealer. Paid no OH sales tax but paid NC sales tax when I registered it. I had a 30 day OH temp tag to get it home. People do this all the time.
