Price per mile
What is a reasonable price to charge to haul a fifth wheel? I was thinking 2-2.50.

The price you charge should be considerably less than what a commercial hauler would charge. You will not have any insurance on the trailer, so the trailer owner is taking a huge risk. That risk should be rewarded with much less fees.
