We have our first fifth wheel on order. It is a Reflection 320mks. Does anyone have this model? What do you like or not like about it? Can you reach anything in the kitchen with the slides in? I am hoping someone has some experience he/she can share. We are so looking forward to retirement and travel. This forum is so helpful!

How long did they tell you it would take to order it?

WOW! Asking advice on something AFTER ordering it! Not a floor plan for us simply because of the TV not easily being seen from the galley. First place I go when looking at the specs, with dry camping at SPs, NPs & festivals in mind, is the fresh water capacity. 60gal does not go for very long but it is a common available capacity these days, even among the better builders. They seem to think that nobody is going anywhere unless FHU is available.

We have the 307mks, bedroom and bath layout is different, but basically the same rig. Very little, left of the entry door, has access with the slides in, however, an emergency potty stop is not a problem. Grand Design has a fine reputation for quality control, but, speaking from experience, bring a 'fine toothed comb' when doing your walk-through. They never catch everything. We certainly enjoy our MKS.

I also would have had the same questions/comments as W & W....the OPs questions did make it sound like they hadn't been inside one.

Asmith - our experience with having to move slides in/out when traveling is a slight inconvenience. But when your RV is at the campsite and fully opened and you like the floorplan, then you made the right decision.

Widdis & Walaby - how 'bout a lot less criticism and a little info about your Grand Design experience? Oh wait, neither of you own a Grand Design so maybe it's time for your inner voice to engage.......

I don't see that as a problem unless you camp with the slides in.

Grand Design is a quality product, I sell them. I just looked at the floor plan, you will not be able to get to your fridge with your slides in.

If you looked at it then why not ask them to close the slides and then you can really see what you're up against.

We did look at it multiple times. We are certain this is the one we want. It is just a newer model and there is very little information from owners talking about this model. Hoping to get a little insight about the model. All RVs seem to have a few issues upon arrival....just wondering how this one arrived to recent owners. We looked for two years. This is our first fifth wheel.

Did you order it without looking at it?

I would think you'd want to check the things that you care about, or wonder about, BEFORE you order, but that's just me.

I could never order without looking at it in person.

Looks like the fridge and pantry are blocked with the curb side slide in. Access to the living may be tight with the slide is as well. With both slides in it could be tricky just getting to the sink. Deal breaker for us.

I am a member but very few in that group have this newer model.

Seems a little late to have these questions. Running a slide out for lunch access to the kitchen isnโ€™t a big deal.
