Sailun 637

My present set has only been on for about a year, no issues of course. The other set was on a different trailer and they lasted 6 years. I sold the trailer so I don't know if they're still in use. The previous trailer was a triple axle and I ran the pressure at 90 psi, but only running about 2,500 lbs/tire. The present trailer has around 3,500 lbs./tire so I'm running them 105-110 psi.

Since there is no movement, I don't see how they could "wear down" the bead section. I'd need some clarification on that from that "tire guy", but I've never heard of any such issue with them.

I've been running Sailuns for 7+ years and on my second set. No issues with stock wheels running at 100psi. I've never heard of the bead issue either.

I am on my second set , ran the first set on stock rims on my previous fifth wheel 2008 Montana. 95-100 psi . they were close to aging out ,5 years old ,no issues . Lost one to what was determined a road hazard , no blowout . Present fifth wheel have had them on for nearly 3 years ,no issues. Stock rims 95-100 psi .

I'm on my 2nd set. Ran my first set a 110 psi for 7 years. I noticed what I believe was wear form over inflation. Granted this wear did not show itself until 7 years later.
On my current 2nd set of 637's I inflate to 95-100 PSI.

I have them on a 14K 5W for about 3 years. These are actually about 2 years as the first set was under recall so I have a free year on Sailuns. I have had them in stow & rain and they track well. (snow was no intentional freak storm on Wolf Creek Pass.

4+ years on the first set and now 3 years on the second running at 105 P.S.I. on stock rims. No problems.

7 yeats on my first set, now on my second. This includes two trips to Alaska with only a low tire from a screw from the road.

Use the weight/inflation chart plus 5psi and you will be GOLDEN.

Factory rims …. My trailer came with G rated Michelins.

I’ve considered inflating them to 5psi over the inflation chart recommendation which would put me at about 70 psi, but, because Citation recommends 110 and I don’t really know much about it I figured I’d follow Citation’s recommendation.
