Slide problem
I have a 2000 king of the road and one of the slides will only move out about 2 inches then stop. Any ideas? Thanks

- Maybe a thermal overload is tripping due to lack of lubrication ? A little more information would be very helpful.
- The usual cause is Low battery, thermal fuse, or bad motor if electric, or something binding. If hydraulic, or cable, there may be a few other factors involved.
- I just had this issue on my travel trailer. Over time I guess with bouncing down the highway the slide bounced toward the rear of the trailer and was getting caught on the trim on the outside of the trailer. I took a pry-bar from the inside of the trailer and eased it forward a bit and it works fine now.
