stop/turn signal seperator switch in DRV

Hello everyone , Yes I need more help. Is anyone familiar with the stop/turn signal separator switch on a 2009 DRV Mobile Suites? I'm trying to install a Jackalopee on my Kenworth and can't get any turn signals or stop lights to work. I have been 3 days troubleshooting this problem and have narrowed it down to the switch. I get power to the switch but none out. I called the manufacture but the tech department was closed and I can't get anything accomplished until Monday. Any Ideas? Oh before youall jump on me I called the manufacture and I have it wired correctly but no signal after the afore mentioned switch. thanks Ron
  • Maybe this site will help ? : Escapees
I am not aware of any switch on my RV, I believe all functions take place in the converter.....

  • The convertor is the jackalopee and I have already installed it. My problem lies in the turn signal/stop light separator located in the hydraulic compartment above the battery compartment. It is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and has 7 spade connectors. I get a signal on one side but no signal out. Ron
  • Sent you a PM, but you could also post here, many long time DRV owners here....not so many HDT owners tho'. Are there relays in that box ?

Yes there are relays in the box. I can hear and feel the click.
  • I called the factory and talked to Ed in Tech dept. He feels it may be the Separator switch so I ordered one today. I'll fill you in when I install the new switch. Thanks for the inputs. Ron
