Just wanted to let people know want great customer service Cedar Creek has.

This past winter had a heat pad fail and had a freeze up of that gray tank. Also circuit board on furnace went bad.Total cost was over eight hundred dollars which included; service tech call out charge, tax, parts and labor. These components are not made by Cedar Creek and my warranty has expired about 3 years ago. CC paid for it all, except about $10.00

THANK YOU CEDAR CREEK

Yes the CCRVOC has $25 annual dues. It is organized as a nonprofit organization and registered with the state of Kansas. So it is more formal than the other club but there is also greater accountability of funds and operating decisions made by the board of directors and regional directors. It is a great organization. We have been members for 10 years and throroughly enjoy the club, the members and the activities.
And the support that Cedar Creek gives you for problems even when your rig is out of warranty is amazing. We have had a couple of issues taken care of out of warranty and have a couple of more to have taken care of at FROG.

Ditto on all the positive comments about CC standing behind their product !! And warranty expired or not, they will fix almost anything at the big Forest River rally in Goshen, Indiana. I'm going to be testing that again this year. One of my complaints is that the front cap on mine is fading badly. I'm counting on CC not wanting one of their units going down the road with a crappy-looking front cap. I will report later how that goes.

I belong to the Cedar Creek RV Owner's Club and most of our members have had excellent service from CC even when out of warranty. Great companies stand behind their products. In my experience Cedar Creek does that.

Is the CC owners club the one that charges a fee to join? I'm retired and cheap LOL I know there is another CC club that doesn't have a fee but is smaller in numbers. (so less posters)

I was 2.5 years out of warranty and CC did $6000 worth of repairs with a smile on their face.
And when I thought my brakes were still wonky, they UPS'd me ANOTHER full set of backing plates.

Those of us that own CC RVs know how great their customer service is....there might be a few who might disagree, but that's a rarity.
