Thor Vertex 307 toy hauler help

I I just purchased a used 2006 vortex toy hauler to haul my sons junior dragster.. I need a little bit of help if you have a Thor Vertex please help me.. When I fold my dinette benches down there is a 10 inch gap. What goes in there??? Also I have power bunks in the rear they go down easy but when I try to put them up sometimes they do not even move. Is there a trick? Or do I have a problem?? I tried to contact Thor today they are no longer in business.. any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not know how to upload pictures I am new thank you Stellato

    I think there's a setting in your Google album that makes the images public. Right now the message says that the album is empty.

    I have the same problem with my HappiJac bunk bed. Down always works, up usually works. What I've found that gets around the problem is to fire up the generator. So far, that has worked every time to get the bed back up. Plugging into shore power may also work. I've searched for a solution but have come up empty.

    I have a similar gap between the dinette and the wall. There's nothing that goes there that I know. It's just the way it is.
