Cypress Bend on the East side operated by Sabrine River authority has lot of large sites on the water. Check out their website for a site map.

Just spent the weekend at Toledo Bend South State Park with my Momentum 355TH. It is 41 feet long and weighs about 17K ready to camp. I didn't bring any toys in the garage. The campground roads were in terrible shape. The site I reserved, 22, was a muddy mess as I sunk the TH to the axles when I missed the asphalt pad backing in. There are a few sites that are good, but stay away from 22. The main loop, sites 11-55 is very tight. Most of the sites are steep. I would not recommend you to stay here with a big toy hauler.

Not sure if your prior service military or not but the FT Polk La MWR camping area is pretty nice. We stayed in one of the cabins a couple times while I was stationed there and saw a couple nice toy haulers camping there.

Stayed at South Toledo Bend 2 years ago. Rv sights are basically on a peninsula. This is a great fishing area. Park itself is in quiet area does have pull-thrus. All sites require some leveling. We enjoyed our stay there

I fish Toledo occasionally and while I can't give you an answer, if you give an idea of where on the lake you prefer, it will help others give a better answer. For starters, LA or TX side? Does it matter?

I can ask around about the LA side but most people I know have camps so they can't necessarily give a first hand recomendation of a campground.
