DH's 2008 Ram 2500 has to be "regenerated" a the time supposedly because he doesn't use it hard enough. It gets to be a pain doing it so frequently.... Have to drive it until it clears & not always at opportune times.
We have a 3500 HD Duramax that uses DEF & so far no problems but only has about 15,000 miles on it. Much easier to add some DEF. occasionally.
