Upgrade to hydraulic disc brakes. Better braking, no adjusting.

About $1500 for a tandem axle setup. Installation extra. Pretty much a no brainer for full-timers. Almost worth the "huge outlay of cash" for better stopping performance on the "huge outlay of cash" spent on an RV and toys it hauls. JM2C
