Replaced section of rotted floor; 8 years after having to do it the first time (soon after buying it used). Removed and resealed small useless hatch doors near the back of the TH that caused the water damage. Also replaced seal on door itself as it was also leaking water.

Next is replacing the bath tub and surround.

That's huge, speaks volumes IMHO.

Keeps getting better. Repair facility determined the sealant used on the entire roof never cured. His quote "you can stick your finger right through the sealant".

Awesome... ๐Ÿ˜ž

My laundry list of issues continues.

1) Warped aluminum side near rear windows, both sides (cannot fix locally - needs to go back to ATC)

2) Awning ripped at support (replaced)

3) Awning center support not in right position to prevent #2 from happening again (support moved up, extra rivet left in side. Fixed but ruined siding IMO)

4) Street side bedroom window does not lock (replaced)

5) Tongue jack gear noise clicking/slipping when lifting (replaced)

6) Curb Side wardrobe hanger/shelf too small, attached with one rivet (replaced)

7) Formica nightstand peeling off, not glued properly (repaired)

๐Ÿ˜Ž Cabinet door above fridge not riveted properly, falling off (repaired)

9) Deadbolt for front door requires pressure to lock/unlock smooth. Wife cannot pull door hard enough to unlock in case of fire. (still not fixed to my satisfaction)

10) Roof leaking - (entire roof needs reseal - in progress)

11) Nightstands damaged from #10 - (ATC sending new nightstand tops)

12) Awning motor making loud noise during extend/retract (LCI to send replacement)

So far, the grand total of repairs is north of $3k not including parts that ATC has replaced and shipped to the facility.

I'll update with more once I know what else needs to be done.

Gotta drop a gas tank, started to leak.
Oil canning over the years took its toll.
Cracks formed where they welded on the inside of the tank.
Going to take it to a place to have it fixed.

Not sure what I can do before the repair facility can take the trailer.

Sorry to hear that, I thought that ATC had built a better unit, guess that's not the case. I'd get a tarp up there asap. For a quick temp patch duct tape or better yet try Gorilla Tape. For a longer fix Etranabond can do the trick, but without knowing where it's coming in and if you have an appointment I'd tarp it for now.

Lucky for me it actually rained while we were home and I was able to get this addressed before we were on the road.

Makes me want to keep a roll of that flexseal tape handy just in case.

Either way, ATC is addressing the issues. New nightstands, new awning motor and the repair facility is going to find and fix the roof issues.

Needless to say, I'm very happy ATC is willing to stand behind their product, but I'm not thrilled that I have encountered all these issues.

I'm going to lube the axles in prep for the start of the camping season on Thursday. Yesterday I aired up all the tires.
