Insubuy? Anyone used them?

"Has anyone bought medical travel insurance through Insubuy. Apparently it is for visitors to the USA. An alternative to the very expensive travel insurance we are offered in Canada for travel to the USA???"

Anyone on fulltimers that have heard of this?
