12 v light question
have a 12 v 912 bulb under the oven vent which is not very bright. i have a left over LED light which is a 921 but the base seems the same. it fits in the 912 fixture and lights up when the switch is ...

It shouldn't be a problem. The 912 incandescent bulbs are 12.5W, the 921's 18W (and hence brighter). The LED replacement is almost certainly a lower wattage than either incandescent bulb, unless it's approaching floodlight brightness, so would run cooler than the original bulb and not be any sort of a hazard.
Possibly there might be difficulties eventually due to steam and heat from the stovetop causing the LED light to fail, but that's unrelated to the bulb model number.
