1990 Rexhall Vision?

Hi,
A local lady has a 22' Rexhall Vision Class A on a Ford chassis for sale for $15,000. She says it's a 1990. Though the price seems high for that year I find it hard to believe it's that old, it looks brand new.
I have an RV Blue Book listing coaches from 1984 to 1994, but Rexhall is not listed.
Is it possible Rexhall did not exist prior to 1994 and the lady is mistaken? I did not ask to see the title to verify the year.

Looking a little more closely I see that the table of contents in my Blue Book does list Vixen as being by Rexhall, Saugus, California.
Apparently production numbers were too small for prices to be listed in the body of the book.
