1992 spartan chassis, Coachmen MH. Any words of wisdom???

Looking at a 92 Coachmen Class A on a Spartan Chassis, Diesel pusher. Needs some work but done that before. Not as familiar with the Spartan chassis except that some of our fire trucks are on them. The cummins I am familiar with and some of its issues but looking for any other input. Thanks

    1992 euro primer motor home on spartan chassis it wants to pull to the right any sugestions?

    Spartan is a fine chassis...in addition to fire trucks, they are used on wreckers and heavy duty military vehicles. Several years ago they were considered a step up from Freightliner.

    I have a 1994 Spartan chassis on my 95 MH. Only chassis problem I have encountered is a hydraulic pump failure. If you get it change the filters and fluid right away. That is the one thing I did not do when we bought ours. Shocks will most likely be shot too.

    I like the chassis. Ours has 4 air bags and I would describe the way it handles like a big Cadillac. not like a sports car.
