Sorry if I had ask this before but I can find it if I did. when the get set is running the meter is sitting on the low side almost in the Red. like about to go lower then 110. its a 1994 Onan 7k diese...

I'd check all the electrical connections for tightness, corrosion, and signs of overheating. I'd also use a good digital volt meter to find out what the voltage really is.
The generator may have an adjustment for voltage on the regulator. Do you have a manual for the unit? Maybe a service manual?
110v isn't bad. It was the standard decades ago. Does it drop further with the AC on? If not I wouldn't worry about it.
