I'd probably be looking into a good used Bluebird Wanderlodge for meeting that kind of criteria and budget. Here's just an example and they are available up to and including 2009....
BluebirdIf you would choose to go with this one, then you'd have an extra $200K plus tax for taking care of anything imaginable for the life of the coach, if there is an end of life for these units.
