2000 Minnie Cabover Rebuild

Has anyone done a rebuild on this unit?
Looking for some advice & maybe pictures?
Don't really know where to start (other than avoiding dealers).
The walls are okay, just the bed platform is spongy (pushing on it through the vinyl covering).
Think I found the leak (window frame caulking pealed off in a long strip so have recaulked all the front seams).

start pulling interior panels until you get the wood all exposed up there, and see what kind of damage you are dealing with. It is often much worse than you think. 😞

There are many folks here who have been there, done that. If you are a handy sort of person, it's not that difficult. Time consuming and frustrating, but very doable.
