Thanks for your responses. I won't find out what was wrong with it until Monday. I am really hoping they find out exactly what happened. With my luck, it will start for them at the first click and they won't be able to reproduce the problem. I need to know the problem exactly, otherwise I will be afraid it will leave me stranded again.
