Wanted to clarify... "engine fuel pump" is the electric pump in the fuel tank, right?
Did they also change the "engine" fuel filter? By that I mean the steel cartridge one in the driver side frame rail under the cab. New in-tank pumps come with a new filter screen but that one doesn't trap particles as small as the frame-mounted does.
EDIT: I went back to look for how many miles on the Tioga, which would suggest how many gallons went through that filter. Based on gas mileage, 30,000 on an RV is like 100,000 on a car. You may want to change it soon. Inexpensive and easy, but you do need a less-than-$10 disconnect tool.
