Our friends have a 2012 35' and did have a lot of issues at first (wiring, awning and the step cracked). As far as mechanically, it seems to be a sound unit. The HP is pretty low (235?) but does get them where they want to go. They tow a Honda Fit. They may be interested in selling. Their family has out grown it.
