I'm looking at a 2012 Georgetown 350TS. I can find the the Ford warranty on the chassis is 5 years, 60,000 miles. What I cant find is the warranty on the house side. Does anyone know what Georgetowns ...

I have had excellent warranty service from Ford. Like most MH companies, the house warranty service is done by their dealers. In my case there has been only a couple minor issues, but Lazy Days seems soooo disorganized and it has been frustrating not to get very minor problems resolved quickly. So my opinion is Ford is great but coach issues and service are only as good as the dealer. Forest River was never a problem. LZ days was.
