2014 E450 interior fuse panel

I have done a search and cannot find any previous posts to answer this question. I am putting a CB in my 2015 leprechaun. I thought the fuse panel would be under the dash, drivers side knee kick. I cannot find it there or behind the glove box. Where is it?

If it is in a Ford it will be in the drivers foot well left upper corner, in a black box with a lid.
