2015 windsport 27K by Thor...awning is unreliable

My awning is a pain, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't..therefore we are screwed and even been to factory and 3 dealers...no one has found the problem, but all have fixed it, lol. Last time it was "fixed" it worked for 8 times before it failed again...all fixes have yeilded the same result..."it is fixed." help
