Just to update I got the new board today and installed it. It was good to hear the pump running again and the jacks working. The hardest part was figuring out how to disassemble the control box and remove the old board. To do this there is (2) 3 in horizontal bolts that hold the metal valve body to the plastic housing inside the MH that have to be remove so the valve body drops down into the wheel well and the old board and the wiring assy can be removed and the new on installed. Judging from the responses this is not that common of a problem but I think the failure was caused by my drivers side window being left open and rain getting in on the board assy because I noticed a lot of white corrosion on the board. This was a real learning experience for me and I hope this post will help someone else with the same problem.
