I'll try pulling the fuse, but I think I'll wait till Don's here.

I remember someone else having problem with Intellitec EMS and was able to reset it.
I did a quick look but did not find what I was looking for.
Some can be reset by removing the control fuse on the circuit board. Try removing it, then wait 15-30 seconds and re-installing. make sure it is good.
If you have a remote, try disconnecting it and then re-connecting after 15-30 seconds.

I would like to thank all for the help provided. Since our resident expert has moved to a far away place (B.C Vancover Island), I went in search for someoone that knows about coaches and electrical problem.

I had to bribe him with coffee and a Cherry Turnover, but it was worth it. He checked out everything with meters and was able to isolaate the EMS board as the problem. I will check with Intelletic tomorrow and see if there is a fix or if the board needs be be replaced.

I would get a professional opinion from an RV expert. Most of the post you will get here are from two wire hook up's three wire F--K up's.

I located the transfer switch, it's a IOTA ITS 50R. I tapped on it several times, with no results. It doesn't appear to be made to open easily, so I decided not to pry it open.

From this post, it is obvious that you have no idea about 120 versus 12 volt and such. The "30/50" IS THE 120 volt to the RV. It is not a separate section. You have gone far enough and you need to get a Mobile Tech out at this point or take the unit in for service. You may hurt yourself if you try to go further. The fact as I asked, you have TV and refer operation points to 120 power to the RV unless your refer is on the Inverter side and you have the Inverter ON (inverting current). You need to respond to requests. Does your EMS panel have any lights or indication or is it DEAD? Doug

I gather that "100 volt" means using an adapter to plug into a 20A plug (standard household type). BTW this is a 120V plug just like 30A and 50A (50A is more involved).

So the charger, refer and some plugs now work - lights are 12V, different circuit. This suggests that everything that bypasses the EMS is working. That's good as you want to keep the batteries charged. Certain appliances like the charger and refer should always get power even when the EMS shuts down big loads like A/C, HW, etc.

So why do the plugs and TV work? I suspect that your Magnum is an inverter/charger that has a AC transfer switch for it's AC and it's inverter. So since the charger is working and has AC the Magnum passes that power through to the output circuits.

My Magnum has 2 output circuits. One is for the MW and the second feeds most but not all of the rig plugs including the TV.

I think your EMS is bad and ATS OK.

But you posted that nothing works on 30A or 50A correct? That has me wondering about a second problem possibly even the pedestal.

Based on your posts I would not advise checking voltage with anything other than standard 20A plug in devices. Get some help.

Start with the EASY stuff....you have a Monaco product. First, check the salesman switch by the FRONT DOOR. Flip it and see if that corrects the problem. I'm guessing it will. If not, see next.

To properly check things, you need to have a meter. If you don't have one, go to a local Home Depot or Lowes and buy one...every tool box should contain a meter.

Using the meter, ensure you're getting 110V from EACH leg of the 50amp service at the pedestal. If yes, then go next.

Remove the cover from the transfer switch. Plug the coach back into the pedestal and check for power on the pedestal side INSIDE the transfer switch. If yes, see next.

Open the electrical panel inside the engine compartment and check the two solenoids there. Are you getting power there? Let us know what you find.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE COVER ON THE TRANSFER SWITCH UNLESS THE COACH IS DISCONNECTED.....Dennis

Since your electrical knowledge is limited and because electric can easily kill you if you touch the wrong thing, I would suggest that you contact one of the mobile RV service trucks to come and take a look at things.
It appears that you do have some power coming in to your coach so it could be anything from a bad pigtail, plug, or power cord that is not allowing power to enter on one leg.
