94 bounder spark plugs

I need to change the spark plugs on our 94 bounder, I know it's on a P30 Chassis, and has a Chevy 454... and I have no clue when the last time, if ever at this point, that the plugs were changed. It has 80K miles on it, so should I change the plugs and wires both, and if the wires, which wires should I get also?

At 80K miles I would change the spark plugs. And, use heat resistant plug wires.

That's what I use on our 96 Southwind.
