A shout out for great Customer Service

Most of the time these forums are used to post negative stuff, well I would like to thank Bretz RV in Boise Id and King Dome for there understanding and great customer service. We had purchased a new king dome sat system, installed by Bretz approx. 8 months ago, and we have had nothing but issues with the system. Dish is the network we have and they did everything to solve our issues, including sending new receivers and such. Well Bretz trouble shot the system with Kingdome and determined that the sat was bad and had to be returned. Unfortunately this was during the holiday season and Bretz was closing during this period and would not open till Jan 2, 2014. After talking to king dome and the issues we had, they upgraded me to an in-motion sat system at no charge. They did say they could not cover the installation and I agreed to cover this cost. Bretz made a heck of a deal on the installation and troubleshooting and I wanted everyone to know that there are still companies out there that believe in Customer Service and want to make thing right. Again A Big Thank You to Bretz RV in Boise Idaho and to king Dome. A happy and satisfied Customer.

    I wonder if the Boise company is related to the Bretz in Missoula Mt.
    Don't expect so since from my experience the folks in Missoula would never go out of their way to help a customer.
  • I believe that they are affiliated with them. sorry to hear about that dealership not doing nothing to help their customers.
  • They are related. Bretz RV and Marine has locations in Boise, ID, Billings, MT and Missoula, MT.
  • Sounds like you were willing to work with Bretz too as you said you paid some to have the new unit installed, I assume that was because it was a bit more than just swapping units.

    So often when you read through peoples complaint's the main problem is everything wasn't given to them and 10 minutes before they asked! So thank YOU for recognizing good service and companies trying to do what is right.
