air cond.

I have a 2005 37-a pace arrow.I had a new rear a/c installed. The a/c did not move the air thru the duct work to the rear bedroom.I removed the cover from the a/c and run a heavy gage wire thru the duct work and all was clear.I then saw the problem, the squirrel cage fan was not directing the air straight to the vents.I am in the process of shaping some sheet metal to correct problem.I would be suprised if any fleetwood class a rv,s were getting satisfactory cooling in the rear bedroom.

Your problem is NOT the original design. The problem is, your NEW unit, they changed the down vent location. You seem to be able to modify the system to make it work. I will bet you have a Dometic AC unit. Doug
  • Not sure about other Fleetwood coaches, but our Southwind rear A\C will try.eeze you out of the bedroom.
