Am I seeking the impossible?
I've been looking at Class C's and a few B+'s. Almost all of them have the overcab bed which to me is wasted space and the cabover part of the house is added drag for no gain in usability. I will be using this RV for two people almost all the time - maybe occasionally a third or fourth. I also notice that most of the "queen" beds are shorter or narrower than the 60" x 80" standard. A few inches narrower I can live with but at 6'4" I need the length. I also need at least 6'6" of interior headroom.
So does anyone make a Class C or B+ with a queen length permanent bed, no cabover bed, and a couch instead of or in addition to a dinette? Oh, and I want to stay under 26' or so in length.
So far the top contender is the Itasca Spirit 25B. If it were available without the overcab bed I'd buy one tomorrow. Just hoping maybe someone does make such a beast as I envision.
