Last week we went with our daughter to look at a Class C that she had seen on line. We were met by Dominic. He was great to work with. After test driving it, my daughter began the fun of coming to a mutual price for it. ( Just love to haggle over price lol)We did an inspection and showed them what we wanted fixed. My daughter called yesterday and they said it was ready for pick up. We got down there and Dominic was waiting for us. He took us to meet Lance Nolan who would do the PDI with us. Everything was fixed and some that we had not seen. While there I checked out their maintenance department. Even though it is a two hour drive I will be taking my coach there for maintenance. From the time we walked in till we left with the Rv everyone made us feel welcome.

The very last post was from American Choice RV. He explained his position and their pricing.

Even though the customer was upset with the pricing, it was good to see the 'company' respond.

I'm not such a stickler with pricing as I am with the quality of the work done.

It's good to hear both sides of the story.

Yes, she did. She decided it was not what she wanted. We didn't think she would be happy with it , but at that time it was what she wanted. The one she picked last year was a TT.
In regards to the cost of the grease job. People need to call and find out what the price is before they take their RV in for service. This way you can call other companies. People should not condemn and not want to go to a place because one person puts what they consider a bad service. I have gone where someone put a negative comment and yet my experience was just the opposite. I have looked at RVSERVICEREVIEWS there will be different opinions on service that people received.
For us the experience was very enjoy able. If I find that their service is lacking, I will not be a repeat customer. For me personally, I liked what I saw and will give them a chance.

Didn't your daughter just buy a new MH last year?

"We went with our daughter last year to the rv show. She found one she liked. She offered them what she said was a fair price. They said they could not go that low. I went to their site and low and behold they had exactly the same one on their lot for less with exactly the same extras. I told them this is what she will pay and again they said they could not go that low. It was even less than what she said she was willing to pay. I showed them my phone and they relented and she got it for less that what they were even quoting her."

so as to have the life that is waiting for us.

So why is that the bad. Guy contracted for a price and paid it. Don't need to bash a company after the fact. If he was not happy with the price he could have drove away and got it done elsewhere. I've done it.

Get over it. . . . Just MY opinion
