We love ours, especially how compact it is... we can park it almost anywhere. It's just the right size for the two of us.
We choose it over the Grayhawk for several reasons...
It has a regular water heater instead of the tank-less kind, which seem to have a lot of issues, and uses your propane instead of the campground electric (which you have already paid for).
It didn't have levelers, which we didn't want because they add about 500 pounds of extra weight, lower the ground clearance, and add another system to maintain.
The Grayhawk didn't come in a smaller size, and we didn't need anything that large.
It had a few issues at the beginning, but we took it to the Jayco Factory Service Center and let them deal with it, while we played tourist in the Middlebury area. They are great folks up there, and had the tools, parts and expertise to get it all done.
Yes, there is just one house battery, but we changed out most of the light bulbs to LED's, which cut down the current draw a lot. With the generator, it's just not a big deal. When this battery needs to be replaced, we'll look into getting an AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) type battery.
There is plenty of clearance under the dump valves.
One of the first things that we did is change out the outlet behind the TV, which is the only outlet that is connected to the inverter (It is rigged to shut off when you start the engine - how stupid is that?). That way we can run a coffee pot or crock-pot while we are driving.
The water systems are controlled from an outside panel. It's GREAT... just two knobs control everything you would want to do with the water systems. The give you a short length of hose to suck up the winterizing solution, or Clorox. When you set the valve to winterize or sanitize, the pump sucks the stuff up, and into the system. Works great.
By the way, there is now a 26 foot Redhawk available.
