Any older Diesel Class A's with tall ceilings? 03 or older?

My '88 Country Coach Prevost conversion has 88" ceilings (not curved). Some Prevost's have an additional 6" based upon the original chassis.
You say the reviews on the Alfa products is not good but I know MANY Alfa owners who are very happy with their coaches and I am not sure you will find anything with more head room.
