That also means I need to update the spreadsheet. The 3 sets total cost including state tax amounted to .... $8.52. Since we had a prior total of $11,291.63, our new total amount to $11,300.15.
By the way, the door frames were cut from a single 2 x 3 x8' piece of lumber, which cost me less than $3.00. I also used 1/8" thick hardwood plywood, which was about $10 a sheet. All totaled, those 3 doors probably cost me less than $10, not including the hinges.
Yes, if you pick your lumber carefully, 2 x 3's and 2 x 4's can be used for things other than framing. Just sayin...
Also, the plywood and 2 x 3's were bought a while ago, and have already been added into the spreadsheet, so I didn't need to add them here.
Getting ready for more cold weather this weekend - single digits tomorrow night, and snow Sunday into Monday.
