Most of them use this "vibration control system" on their cars before they put them up for sale. This machine can determine if your wheels and tires are even worth putting weights on. It may have the tech try turning the tire on the wheel to achieve a better match or it may say the tire has a hard or high spot and reject it.
I have no connection to Hunter Engineering but I know a good thing when I see it and don't hesitate to recommend a quality product.
