Bathroom floor is flooded but the tanks aren't full

Where is water coming from?

How do you know tanks aren't full.........because level monitor doesn't show full?

Water is either leaking from a fitting under sink, leaking from toilet water valve, coming up thru shower drain, coming up thru toilet and leaking from ceiling exhaust fan if heavy raining is going on.

Locate where water is coming from.....then you can figure out how to stop/fix.
