You're going to full time it in SD? Campers and motorhomes are not designed to withstand those extreme winter temperatures.
Residency has nothing to do with where an RV goes. If someone is "truly" full-timing they would not be staying at any one location very long anyway. Even if you only move occassionally it would likely be S. in the Winter and N. in the Summer. Full timing does not mean you must park the RV.
