Briteview 2500 Transmitter for Television Retrofit

In need of help with the setup of a HD antenna, to a Briteview 2500, to a wireless receiver, to a wireless TV (in that sequence). I'm in the process of replacing my old Motorhome TV with a 32" wireless HDMI flat screen. I will be purchasing a HD antenna and the 2500. My questions are: could I place the 2500 in an outside storage bin and run a HDMI coaxial cable from the antenna to the 2500? And, with the briteview 2500 is a wireless receiver required, or will it communicate direct with a wireless HDMI TV? I don't want to punch a hole in the coach to run the cable inside, and as I understand it the range of the 2500 would be sufficient to reach the wireless receiver inside the coach. I'm not tech savvy so go slow with me LOL. And, wondering if there's other wireless transmitters available that's less expensive. I was looking at Terk LF-30S Leapfrog Wireless Audio/Video Transmitter and Receiver System, but don't know if it will serve as a communicator between the antenna and receiver? Thanks, Charlie

As an antenna or satellite input the RG6 should work just fine.

Remember: Antenna >> Sat Box/TV Tuner >> HDMI TV#1, and also Sat Box/TV Tuner >> HDMI TV #2. The RG6 coax is used only to carry the signals to the tuners from the dish or antenna. HDMI cables (not coax) carry the Hi Def sound/video to each TV.

Yes the wireless TV is out. Yes, it would be handy if the current RG6 would work, but unfortunately it takes the heavier coaxial to work in order to pull in the HD signal. May give up the fight and stick with the standard TV. Just thought it would be worth the effort, but finding out that the cost is becoming prohibitive. Charlie

I would think a wireless HDMI TV would require a transmitter designed for that model's frequency only. I have never heard of a wireless HDMI TV so I may have a lot to learn also. Can't you just use the cable that came in the MH? Did you have 2 TVs? Are you trying to move it to a different location?

Thanks for the timely response. As I said, I'm not tech savvy and you may well be correct. In reading the Briteview specs it led me to believe that the signal went from the antenna to the 2500, then to the wireless receiver, on to the wireless TV. What would be your recommendation on hardware (beginning with the antenna to the TV?) Again, I just don't want to run new coaxial cable into the coach if possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It sounds as though you're knowledgeable of the configuration requirement. Thanks, Charlie

To me your post is very confusing?

The Bright View system is an HD HDMI distribution system.

The signal from an antenna must go into a HD tuner before it can be distributed via HDMI. So: Antenna > HD Tuner or other source like a Sat box or BluRay > HDMI Distribution System > Another TV.

There are many HDMI wireless systems out there I prefer the Vizio System
