If you have a Bearing Warehouse nearby, or an electric motor Rebuild Shop, you can get bearings and rebuild it. There's a thread here where an OP replaced the sleeve bearings in the blower on his Coleman with ball bearings. With a will there's a way.
If you want help sourcing a motor at cut rate, we need a part number or at least the model number of the A/C unit.
An A/C and appliance repair store might be able to "match it up" at a slightly lower price than through an RV parts outlet. Would have to not only match physically, but also with shaft rotation and VOLTAGE. I emphasize that because a home A/C of about the same BTU's as an RV unit will probably use a 240-volt motor, while RV's run on 120.
