I had a 2004 GWV Classic Supreme and over three years, it averaged 14-15, if I drove at highway speed limits. If I went 55 mph, I could get better. This was the small Ford.
With my current 2015 Chevy RT, I have averaged 17 at highway speed limits.
Different era vans... and different manufacturers, but comparable results I think.
