Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

About the only thing I might agree to would be a pre-purchase inspection from a trusted source. If he buys, then I would pay for the inspection. If he passes, the inspection is on him.
