I don't know how the RV market is where you live but here all the lots are full to overflowing and prices are depressed.....a LOT.
Of course, people tend to bring their RV with them to Florida and then......well, die.
I forgot to mention that the only pre-condition that I would put on this "inspection" is that if the buyer backs out because of the inspection results or for any other reason for that matter, the seller gets a written copy of the results.
