Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

Cash or wire. My bills of sale state "This vehicle is sold as is where is, with no verbal, implied or written warranty. I fill in the date and time, and sign it, with an acknowledgement signature by the buyer.

If they are truly interested, they will get it inspected. But my RV does not leave my grounds without me until it's sold.
