Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

As is......is the only way for a private sale and he could break something on the way home and blame it on an existing condition. No matter what, if wouldn't be worth the hassle of fighting with him about it.
One needs to be making a nice profit, like a Dealer might be, before handing out free warranties.
