Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

I would never sign anything like that. I would take it to his mechanic if only a couple hours away if he sent me funds for expenses with the understanding they are not refundable if he does not buy and the sale is as is after inspection. Go with him to his bank and get funds.
