Camco shower hose

Question

Can the chrome camco replacement shower hose be used in an rv with the nylon/plastic fittings?

Purchased one and can't seem to get it tight enough at the faucet. Don't want to force it and end up with a bigger job.

Should work...make sure you also have the little, black (rubber) washer inserted.

Thanks everyone. Seems as though the washers that came with the replace hose were too small (thin) for my particular application.

When I used the original washers everything worked great.

Really don't like to manhandle plastic plumbing so I hope you understand.
