Can cold weather affect air bag leveling?
New air bags(all)/ new shocks(all)/ new level control valve (front only) Before the new front valve I could park, shut the engine down, and level(HWH) and it would hold all night....actually weeks....

No, cold weather should not cause your system to leak down.
Take it back and have them fix the air leaks.
